Macy Ramos (she/they) – Human Resources & Operations Director
Macy Ramos is a proud resident of the Whittier neighborhood in Minneapolis and has been building their career in HR since graduating from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2018. Macy brings their education in Gender and Sexuality Studies, her experience working with and serving organizations providing support and resources to communities facing targeted violence, and her passion for creating environments that are not only inclusive and equitable, but accepting of all identities and lived experiences to all she does. Macy has spent the last several years building her HR career by exploring ways to advance initiatives in the HR world that bolster equitable career development, wellness, and employee resources, including educational and conversational opportunities for teams to learn together. When Macy isn’t immersed in the HR world, they are reading by the lakes, hiking with their pup, or camping with their partner, James.
